We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established Financial Services company based in Exeter who are looking to appoint an Administrator to support their busy office team.
This is a highly organised support role suited to an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced environment and managing a steady flow of varied administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative and processing support to senior team members
- Submitting and tracking applications and related documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and internal systems
- Communicating with external organisations and suppliers
- Monitoring workflow and ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines
- Supporting general office administration when required
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in an administrative, office-based role
- Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to manage workload under pressure
- A proactive and reliable approach
Package & Benefits
- Salary £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
