We are delighted to be partnering with a well-established, locally respected, directly authorised financial planning firm in Bradford-on-Avon, as they continue their exciting growth journey. Known for delivering exceptional advice and service, the firm specialises in working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, with an average client portfolio of around £1m.

As part of this expansion, they are seeking an IFA Administrator to join their growing back-office team. This is a key role, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while working closely with experienced Financial Advisors.

The Role

  • Manage all aspects of technical administration across investment platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle money movements in and out of client accounts, following the instructions of Financial Advisors.
  • Support Financial Advisors in delivering high-quality client service for HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Ensure smooth operational workflows and provide proactive support to both clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help the firm maintain its reputation for excellence.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with complex portfolios and technical administration.

About You

  • Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors in an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment platforms and technical administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership and support business growth.
  • Confidence in handling high-value client accounts and complex technical processes.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
  • Company benefits package.
  • A fantastic opportunity to be a key member of a highly respected, growing team.
  • Exposure to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client cases, enhancing your technical expertise and career progression.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where you can make a genuine impact on the firm’s growth and success.

If you are a passionate, detail-focused professional looking to take the next step in your financial services career, we would love to hear from you.
