The Role

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help the firm maintain its reputation for excellence.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with complex portfolios and technical administration.

About You

  • Previous experience supporting Financial Advisors in an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
  • Strong understanding of investment platforms and technical administration.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership and support business growth.
  • Confidence in handling high-value client accounts and complex technical processes.

What’s on Offer

  • Company benefits package.
  • A fantastic opportunity to be a key member of a highly respected, growing team.
  • Exposure to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client cases, enhancing your technical expertise and career progression.
  • Work in a collaborative, supportive environment where you can make a genuine impact on the firm’s growth and success.

If you are a passionate, detail-focused professional looking to take the next step in your financial services career, we would love to hear from you.
