We are working with a well-respected, Chartered Financial Planning and fully independent financial planning practice based in Trowbridge. They are seeking a proactive and organised IFA Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

Our client is a Chartered Financial Planning and fully independent financial planning practice, dedicated to providing expert advice and personalised financial solutions. They pride themselves on building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

The Role:
The IFA Administrator will provide essential support to the financial advisers and the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with compliance and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
  • Manage client communications via letters, emails, and telephone
  • Prepare and process financial planning documents and reports
  • Maintain accurate client records and assist with regulatory compliance
  • Schedule meetings and manage advisers’ diaries
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration preferred, but full training will be provided
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Professional and client-focused approach, with a willingness to learn
