This highly regarded firm provides holistic financial advice to a longstanding book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The Opportunity

You will:

  • Lead, structure and grow the administration team, reporting directly to the Operations Director.
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Be actively involved in the administration of HNW and UHNW client cases.
  • Shape and improve internal processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance and exceptional client service.

Work closely with senior management to support the firm’s growth strategy and operational modernisation.

This role offers the perfect blend of team leadership, operational responsibility and hands-on administration.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Have significant experience as an IFA Administrator or in a senior paraplanning/administration role.
  • Demonstrate experience in leading or managing a team, ideally within an IFA, wealth management, or financial planning environment.
  • Be confident in working directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of financial planning products, investments, pensions, and tax.
  • Be proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about driving change and improving processes.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing staff while maintaining a hands-on role in administration.

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary to £50,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-related bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead and shape a growing administration function within a respected boutique IFA.
  • Exposure to complex HNW and UHNW client work, enhancing technical expertise.
  • Be part of a modern, forward-thinking firm at a pivotal stage of growth.

If you are a motivated, experienced administrator with leadership experience and a desire to make a real impact within a growing, respected firm, we would love to hear from you.
