Our client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to take on a key leadership role within the firm. This is a highly influential position, working closely with the directors to oversee day-to-day operations and support the continued growth and development of the practice.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the administration and support team (currently a team of five, with planned expansion).
- Take a “player/manager” approach, remaining hands-on where required.
- Manage workflows, compliance processes, and operational systems.
- Implement and refine internal processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Work closely with advisers and senior management to support business strategy and growth.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational, HR, and office management matters.
About You
- Proven experience within an IFA, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management environment.
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Administration role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of financial planning operations and regulatory requirements.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
