This role suits someone confident working with complex cases and demanding clients, who enjoys taking ownership and being a go-to support figure.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex pension and investment cases
- Acting as a senior point of contact for advisers and clients
- Supporting junior administrators where needed
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all client documentation
