Financial Planning Administrator – City-Based Firm (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
A well-established financial planning firm in the City is expanding its support team and looking for a capable Financial Planning Administrator to join a fast-paced, professional environment.
The business works with high-net-worth clients and places real value on process, efficiency, and service quality.
The role will include:
- End-to-end administration of investment and pension cases
- Platform and provider liaison (e.g. Aviva, Quilter, Transact)
- Preparing review packs and client documentation
- Supporting advisers with ongoing servicing and client queries
Ideal background:
- Solid experience within financial planning administration
- Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
- Confident using back-office systems and platforms
