We are working with a highly respected, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their close-knit and highly supportive team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting advisers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial planning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to join a progressive firm that offers both autonomy and long-term career development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality technical paraplanning support to financial advisers
  • Preparing suitability reports and detailed financial planning recommendations
  • Conducting research across a range of financial products and providers
  • Supporting advisers with complex client cases and strategy development
  • Ensuring all advice is fully compliant and accurately documented
  • Liaising with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of advice

About you:

  • Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within financial planning or wealth management
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and solutions
  • Progress towards or completion of relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Financial Planning) is desirable
  • Excellent analytical, written and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Package:

  • Salary up to £50,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
