  • Managing Financial Planners' diaries and coordinating client meetings, including annual reviews.
  • Preparing meeting documentation, client valuations and relevant paperwork ahead of appointments.
  • Processing new business applications and managing transactions through to completion.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate client records, policy information and platform accounts.
  • Monitoring outstanding cases and keeping clients and Financial Planners updated on progress.
  • Ensuring all client activity is accurately recorded and maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with paraplanners, administrators and wider support teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar client support or wealth management administration role.
  • Experience working with investment wrap platforms.
  • A strong understanding of financial planning administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills, including diary management and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate client records.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Financial Planners and wider support teams.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (Io) would be advantageous

What's on Offer?

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive package, including:

  • Competitive basic salary
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office & 3 days WFH
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • Private medical insurance
