- Turning the Business Plan into clear priorities and measurable delivery
- Leading and developing the team, including planners, paraplanners, compliance and admin
- Driving process improvement and leading change, technology and AI projects
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts and management information
- Managing day-to-day FCA and ICO compliance alongside external specialists
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in business or operations management
- At least 2 years’ team leadership and project management experience
- Broad HR knowledge and strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
- A genuine interest in technology and continuous improvement, and a practical commitment to sustainability

What’s on offer
- £55,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working, flexible hours and the option to work longer days over fewer days
- 5% employer pension, death in service and Vitality health cover
- Christmas shutdown, paid volunteering and study support
- On-site car parking
- A tight-knit, collaborative team that prioritises wellbeing and balance
If you want to lead a team, influence change and play a key part in the next stage of a successful business, we’d love to hear from you.
