An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a highly successful, boutique financial planning practice.

The Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support to a team of Financial Planners, assisting in the delivery of high-quality advice to clients. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed suitability reports
  • Conducting research and analysis across financial planning products
  • Supporting Financial Planners with client recommendations
  • Liaising with providers and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met

Candidate Profile:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
  • Previous experience within a Paraplanning role
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Familiarity with Intelligent Office would be advantageous
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Professional and proactive approach to work

Package & Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to £50,000
  • Discretionary bonus

Location:
This role is primarily home-based, with occasional travel required to the Cardiff office for team meetings and collaboration. Candidates should be based within a reasonable commuting distance.
