We are working with a highly regarded, independent Chartered Financial Planning firm who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their friendly and growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique business that prides itself on its welcoming culture, supportive environment and genuinely client-focused approach. This role would suit someone with previous experience in financial planning or financial services administration, but equally, it could be an excellent entry point into the industry for a professional individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career within financial services.

Full training and development will be provided, along with support towards professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners
  • Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with the preparation of client meeting packs and reports
  • Liaising with providers and clients to ensure smooth processing of business
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

About you:

  • Experience within financial services administration or financial planning is desirable
  • Alternatively, strong professional experience in an office-based environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Package:

  • Salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days from home
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
