We are working with a highly successful, well-established Investment Management and Financial Planning practice, renowned for delivering complex and holistic financial planning to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. They are now looking to recruit an experienced/Senior Paraplanner to join their close-knit, high-performing team.

The Role:
This is a technically challenging and highly rewarding paraplanning role. You will work closely with the Head of Wealth, helping to managing a book of clients and delivering high-level paraplanning support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing detailed technical analysis and complex financial plans
  • Handling sophisticated client cases (beyond templated reports)
  • Supporting client relationship management and engagement
  • Contributing to process improvements and potential team leadership over time

This role is ideal for someone proactive, commercially aware and highly technical - someone ready to deliver bespoke financial planning solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a paraplanning role
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and holistic financial planning
  • Chartered status or working towards it
  • Proficiency with Voyant and FE Analytics
  • Experience managing complex cases, implementing processes, or mentoring others
  • Confident and clear communicator, able to work directly with clients
  • Career Paraplanner with a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and focused approach
