  • £50,000 - £62,000 + Bonus and benefits

Job details.

We’re working with a top-tier wealth management business to recruit a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join their growing team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality advice and an impressive track record of growth, this firm offers an excellent environment for all of their staff – with minimal staff turnover across the whole business.

Operating across the UK and internationally, the business combines a highly personal service with the scale and capability of a major organisation. They provide integrated financial planning, discretionary investment management and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and professional clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your work will have a real impact on client outcomes.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting Wealth Planners to deliver holistic, high-quality financial advice. You’ll be involved throughout the advice process, providing technical expertise and ensuring recommendations are tailored to each client’s needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed research across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning
  • Preparing clear, client-focused suitability reports and technical documentation
  • Supporting the end-to-end advice process with accurate analysis and recommendations
  • Carrying out calculations and modelling, including cashflow forecasting
  • Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
  • Collaborating closely with advisers and wider team members to deliver strong client outcomes

About You

To be considered, you will have:

  • A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across core financial planning areas
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused approach
  • A strong understanding of compliance and delivering good client outcomes

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £62,000
  • Generous discretionary bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected, client-focused wealth manager that offers both scale and a relationship-led approach. You’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team with access to excellent technical resources and the chance to work on complex, rewarding cases for an affluent client base.
