Job details.

An excellent opportunity to join an established, fully independent financial planning firm at an exciting stage of its growth.

We are working with a well-established, fully independent financial advice firm with a strong reputation in the market and a loyal client base. Having experienced consistent growth over the past five years, the business is now looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser or Financial Planner to join its team and play an important role in its continued success.

This is an opportunity to join a medium-sized, highly regarded business that combines the professionalism and resources of an established firm with the flexibility and personal approach of an independent practice.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will inherit a strong, established client bank with a significant level of recurring income, providing an excellent foundation from which to build long-term career.

With dedicated paraplanning and administrative support in place, the emphasis will be on delivering an exceptional standard of financial advice and client service.

The firm also benefits from a successful business development function, providing access to additional leads and opportunities to develop new client relationships. This creates an attractive platform for an adviser who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to the wider growth of a business.

The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with the flexibility to manage your own diary and organise client meetings around your working style. You will work closely with clients both virtually and face to face, with travel required as appropriate to meet client needs.

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Financial Adviser or Financial Planner who takes pride in delivering an excellent standard of advice and building lasting client relationships.

You will be comfortable managing your own workload, organising your diary and taking responsibility for an established client portfolio. A proactive and commercially aware approach will also be important, particularly when identifying opportunities to develop existing relationships and support the firm's continued growth.

You will bring a strong client-service ethos, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the business.

Applicants should hold Level 4 as a minimum.

What's on Offer?

  • Basic salary circa £80,000.
  • A generous bonus scheme.
  • Company benefits package.
  • An established client bank with significant recurring income.
  • Full paraplanning and administrative support.
  • Access to leads and opportunities generated by a successful business development function.
  • A high degree of autonomy and flexibility in managing your diary and client relationships.

With a strong client bank already in place, dedicated technical and administrative support, and an established business development function, the successful candidate will be well positioned to make an immediate contribution while playing a meaningful role in the firm's future growth.
