Job details.

Our client is one of the UK's leading financial planning and wealth management organisations, with a strong national presence and an outstanding reputation within the industry. An award-winning and highly regarded business, they are widely recognised for the quality of their financial planning proposition, their commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes and their continued success in the wealth management market.

This is a great opportunity to join a market-leading organisation that genuinely invests in its people and supports long-term career development.

The Role

Due to continued success and ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a successful financial planning team, working alongside highly successful Financial Planners and a small, dedicated team of technical paraplanners.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Paraplanner to become part of a high-performing environment, providing quality technical support and contributing to the delivery of comprehensive financial planning solutions for a varied client base.

The role will involve working closely with Financial Planners to prepare detailed suitability reports, undertake research and analysis, and ensure recommendations are technically robust, compliant and tailored to individual client needs. You will play an important role in the advice process, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service and that all advice documentation meets the required regulatory and compliance standards.

Working within a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to share technical knowledge, contribute to the ongoing development of the paraplanning function and build strong working relationships with experienced professionals across the business.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a strong background in paraplanning, with a minimum of three years' relevant experience within financial planning or wealth management. You will possess the technical knowledge and attention to detail required to produce high-quality suitability reports and support Financial Planners in delivering appropriate client recommendations.

You will also hold the Diploma in Financial Planning and be confident working in a professional, client-focused environment where accuracy, technical quality and service standards are paramount.

What's on Offer?

  • Basic salary up to £50,000, depending on experience.
  • A strong bonus scheme.
  • An excellent company benefits package.
  • Hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
  • The opportunity to work alongside highly successful Financial Planners and an experienced technical paraplanning team.
  • The chance to join a nationally recognised, market-leading financial planning and wealth management organisation.
  • A professional and collaborative working environment with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.
