We are working with a super high net worth banking and wealth advisory business that supports a select portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families with complex financial affairs.

You’ll be working alongside experienced advisers, directors, and client relationship managers, gaining exposure to complex client scenarios and contributing directly to client outcomes.
The Role
As a Wealth Planner (Paraplanner), you will be a key part of the wealth planning team, supporting the delivery of holistic financial advice to a UHNW client base.
This is not a traditional report-writing role, you will be actively involved in the advice process, working collaboratively across the business and contributing to high-level financial planning decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting advisers and senior stakeholders in delivering comprehensive financial planning strategies
- Conducting detailed technical analysis across pensions, investments, trusts, and broader wealth structures
- Building and maintaining sophisticated cashflow models, including scenario testing and long-term projections
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports, financial plans, and supporting documentation
- Attending client meetings where appropriate to support the advisory process
- Reviewing existing client arrangements and providing technical insight and recommendations
- Keeping up to date with market developments, legislation, and planning strategies
About You
- Experienced Paraplanner within a regulated wealth management or financial planning firm
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered status or working towards is highly desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and wealth structuring
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred
- Confident in building and interpreting cashflow models
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical capability
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to contribute to technical discussions
