Paraplanner

A respected financial planning firm with a specialist niche is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant advice. This is a primarily non-client-facing role, focused on research, report writing, and implementation support.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyse client fact-finds, financial information, and objectives
- Research solutions and draft suitability/recommendation reports
- Support implementation of adviser-approved advice
- Prepare annual and ad-hoc review analysis
- Assist with specialist niche cases
- Ensure all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
About You:
- Proven paraplanning experience in a financial planning firm
- Strong report-writing skills and high attention to detail
- Good understanding of FCA rules and suitability requirements
- Experience with review-led advice or specialist niche work is desirable
Qualifications & Benefits:
- Financial planning qualifications not essential; study support provided
- Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (up to £40,000 for highly experienced candidates)
