Paraplanner 

Location: Holmes Chapel | Type: Full-time

A respected financial planning firm with a specialist niche is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to support advisers in delivering high-quality, compliant advice. This is a primarily non-client-facing role, focused on research, report writing, and implementation support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyse client fact-finds, financial information, and objectives
  • Research solutions and draft suitability/recommendation reports
  • Support implementation of adviser-approved advice
  • Prepare annual and ad-hoc review analysis
  • Assist with specialist niche cases
  • Ensure all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards

About You:

  • Proven paraplanning experience in a financial planning firm
  • Strong report-writing skills and high attention to detail
  • Good understanding of FCA rules and suitability requirements
  • Experience with review-led advice or specialist niche work is desirable

Qualifications & Benefits:

  • Financial planning qualifications not essential; study support provided
  • Salary: £30,000–£35,000 (up to £40,000 for highly experienced candidates)
  • Office-based during probation, with hybrid flexibility afterwards
  • Company benefits included
