You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, providing essential administrative support to experienced Paraplanners and highly successful Financial Planners. The business prides itself on delivering a high-quality, personalised service to clients, and you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the advice process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support across the financial planning process
  • Managing annual reviews and preparing client documentation
  • Processing change of address updates and maintaining accurate client records
  • Handling general client servicing and administrative tasks
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression

About You:

  • Previous experience within financial planning or the wider financial services sector
  • Candidates from pensions, investments, platforms, or mortgage backgrounds will also be considered
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Confident communication skills and a client-focused mindset
