Location: Liverpool

An established and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their team in Liverpool.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and ensuring the smooth delivery of client services. This is a fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing client review packs and suitability documentation
  • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Managing workflow and prioritising tasks effectively

Requirements

  • Essential: Proven experience in an IFA Administrator role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including pensions and investments
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
