The Role:
As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting a highly successful team of Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of suitability reports
- Providing technical support to Financial Planners and clients
- Supporting the team with ongoing client servicing and administration
- Gaining exposure to complex financial planning cases
- Building your technical knowledge and progressing towards a Paraplanner role
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for progressing in the financial planning profession.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Senior IFA Administrator (or similar), ideally with experience supporting financial planners
- Hold several RO (Regulatory Exams) qualifications, or be actively working towards them
- Be eager to take additional exams to gain the Diploma in Financial Planning
- Have a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the industry
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
