The Role:

As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting a highly successful team of Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of suitability reports
  • Providing technical support to Financial Planners and clients
  • Supporting the team with ongoing client servicing and administration
  • Gaining exposure to complex financial planning cases
  • Building your technical knowledge and progressing towards a Paraplanner role

This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial services and a passion for progressing in the financial planning profession.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Senior IFA Administrator (or similar), ideally with experience supporting financial planners
  • Hold several RO (Regulatory Exams) qualifications, or be actively working towards them
  • Be eager to take additional exams to gain the Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Have a keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in the industry
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
