The Role
We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers. This is a varied role involving client reviews, varied cases, new business and ongoing client servicing. You will work closely with Advisers and other members of the wider team, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and technical support to Financial Advisers
- Preparing client information, valuations, reports and review documentation
- Supporting new business and ongoing client servicing
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
- Managing and progressing cases through to completion
- Assisting with more complex financial planning requirements
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring work meets regulatory and compliance requirements
- Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to process improvements
About You
You will ideally have previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or wider financial services environment, with a good understanding of adviser support and financial planning administration.
You will be organised, accurate and confident communicating with both clients and professional contacts. The ability to manage competing priorities, take ownership of your workload and work effectively as part of a team is important. This would suit an experienced Administrator looking to take the next step in their career and play a more senior role within a successful business.
