Job details.

We are working with a growing and highly ambitious UK wealth management and financial planning group that has established itself as a significant player in the sector.

The financial planning division provides high-quality advice across wealth management, retirement planning and employee benefits. With continued investment and growth, this is an excellent time to join a business that combines the resources and stability of an established group with the energy and ambition of a growing organisation.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team. This is a varied role involving client reviews, new business and ongoing client servicing. You will work closely with Advisers and other members of the team, helping to ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Preparing client information, valuations, reports and review documentation
  • Supporting new business processing and ongoing client servicing
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
  • Managing and progressing cases through to completion

  • Assisting with client reviews and general adviser administration
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Working collaboratively with Advisers and colleagues across the wider business
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and contributing to efficient processes

About You

You will ideally have previous experience within an IFA, wealth management or wider financial services environment, with a good understanding of adviser support and financial planning administration.

You will be organised, accurate and confident communicating with clients, providers and professional contacts. The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and take ownership of your workload is important.

This would suit an experienced IFA Administrator who is looking to join a successful and growing business where they can develop their knowledge and progress their career. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are key.

Package & Benefits

Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, discretionary bonus, hybrid working, private medical insurance, strong pension contribution, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, health cash plan and lots of additional benefits.

This is a great opportunity to join an established and well-regarded wealth management business, offering a varied role, excellent support and genuine opportunities for career development. You will be given full support for market exams, and the company actively encourages progression within the business.
