A well established, growing firm of Financial Planners who specialise in providing financial advice to wealthy individuals are currently looking to hire a Trainee Financial Planner. This company currently have over £300M of FUM and are highly ambitious, with plans to grow this to over £1Bn in the next 10 years. As such, they are looking for an equally ambitious individual to share their journey, becoming an important part of their business.

The role will encompass a structured development program, the term of which will be determined by the ability and dedication of the individual. After obtaining CAS status, you will be expected to take over the advisory responsibility of an existing client bank, of which you will be expected to develop and build by providing outstanding service. Full back office support provided, including dedicated Administrator and Paraplanning.

The candidate should be an experienced financial services professional, ideally from a Paraplanning or Trainee Financial Planner background although they will also consider exceptional candidates from a Banking background who have obtained the Diploma Financial Planning.

You will be a driven and self-motivated individual, with a strong work ethic. You must be an excellent communicator with a professional mindset and ideally will have an impressive academic background.
