The Role:
As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will work closely with experienced Financial Advisers, shadowing them as you gain in-depth knowledge of the advisory process. You will receive full support as you progress towards becoming a qualified IFA, including dedicated time and resources to study for your Diploma in Financial Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shadow Financial Advisers and assist with client meetings, case preparation, and financial planning advice.
- Gradually develop your own client relationships as you build experience.
- Work towards completing your Diploma exams, with full support from the firm.
- Learn how to create financial plans that suit clients' individual needs and goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial planning role.
- Ideally, you will have already started working towards your Diploma, although this is not essential.
- A passion for progressing your career in financial advice and a desire to work with a firm that supports your development.
- Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
