T&C Supervisor
Remote | Central England / Midlands Region
£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A high growth, private equity backed wealth management business is seeking an experienced T&C Supervisor to join its expanding supervisory function during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is a critical replacement hire within a highly collaborative T&C team, supporting a sophisticated adviser population operating across wealth management, private banking, investment management and UHNW client environments.

Reporting into senior leadership within the T&C function, you will oversee approximately 30 to 35 advisers across the Central region, working closely with advisers, supervisors and compliance teams to maintain strong regulatory standards while providing commercially minded support and challenge.

This is a remote role with significant regional engagement, requiring candidates to be based within Central England / the Midlands to support advisers across locations including Nottingham, Birmingham, Norwich and surrounding areas.

The Opportunity

This is a visible, relationship led role where credibility, engagement and adviser partnership are essential. The adviser community has experienced considerable change over recent years, making strong interpersonal skills and face to face engagement particularly important.

• Conducting adviser observations, reviews, coaching and competency assessments
• Supporting and challenging advisers to maintain high professional and regulatory standards
• Supervising advisers including Pension Transfer Specialists (PTS)
• Building trusted relationships across a busy, high performing adviser base
• Working closely with Compliance and wider business stakeholders
• Managing your own workload autonomously within a remote environment
• Contributing to the continued evolution and scaling of the T&C operating model

Regular regional travel is required, including weekly face to face adviser meetings within local offices. Travel expenses are fully covered.

About You

This role requires an individual already operating successfully at T&C Supervisor / Training & Competence oversight level within a structured financial services environment.

You will bring:

Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum requirement
• Current experience within a T&C, supervision or adviser oversight role
• Strong background in wealth management, private banking or banking
• Demonstrable experience supervising Pension Transfer Specialists (PTS)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to support and challenge appropriately
