Are you an experienced Paraplanner with a passion for client service and leadership? We are working with a prestigious Multi-Family Office based in Mayfair, looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join their team. With clients ranging from £25M to £500M in assets, including entrepreneurs who have recently sold their businesses through M&A, this is an exciting opportunity to work with ultra-high-net-worth families and handle complex, high-profile cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed financial plans, reports, and analysis for UHNW clients.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on investment strategies and market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and support 1-2 junior paraplanners, ensuring high standards and adherence to company policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards in all documentation and financial plans.
- Work closely with financial planners to develop client strategies and manage investment portfolios.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, with a strong understanding of UHNW clients and complex financial scenarios.
- Leadership experience or the desire to take on a leadership role within the team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage workloads, and deliver under pressure.
- Financial planning certification (e.g., CII) is essential.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest levels of client service.
What We Offer:
- Salary banding of £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.
