Our client, a leading player in the Lloyd’s market, is seeking a Senior Bordereaux Analyst to oversee and manage outsourced bordereaux processing. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality and process efficiency while acting as a key point of contact for both in-house and outsourced teams.  This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to step up into a more senior role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bordereaux processing and data quality, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison for bordereaux matters, addressing queries and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Analyse and challenge processing statistics to drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with Lloyd’s standards and maintain communication with brokers, coverholders, and underwriting teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and technical expertise in bordereaux management (Intrali experience is essential).
  • Proven experience within Lloyd’s and the London Market.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products to support reporting.
