Working for a Leading Lloyd's Syndicate in a team of 5 you will directly support the DUA Analyst Manager.

Duties include:
- Assist in general management and oversight of bordereaux management systems and processes (BDX and DDM)
- Assist in the collation, validation and analysis of all delegated underwriting data required for regulatory reporting.
- Responsible for mapping risk, premium and claims bordereaux into BDX in line with Lloyd’s reporting standards and requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for cover holders and binding authority performance monitoring as well as monitoring breach reporting.
- Assist in the production of ad-hoc data requests for Underwriters and various Stakeholders.
- Take ownership for chasing for monthly outstanding bordereaux and ensuring BDX is capturing the most up to date cover holders data
- Build effective relationships with Underwriters, Cover holders and Brokers as required to ensure received accurate data and on time.
- Take a lead role on completing various Regulatory returns with Delegated Authority data.
- Provide support in maintaining DA data within company systems and ensuring information matches external systems.
- Attendance at team and/or market user group meetings/committees
- Where required, assist in updating Delegated Underwriting Procedures, Pro-Formas and training material

Where required work with Project managers on all relevant Delegated Underwriting projects, so that appropriate deadlines are met
Skills and Experience:
- Familiar with Lloyds Cover holder reporting standards and Delegated authority contracts including binding authorities and line slips.
- Previous experience working with BDX and DDM or other similar bordereaux management system.
- Ability to develop solutions to reporting problems
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
