Job Title: Regional IFA Sales Manager

Location: London
 

Salary: £110,000 per annum + up to 30% Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a leading name in financial planning and wealth management, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to their team as a Regional IFA Sales Manager. In this pivotal role within the business, you will lead and manage a team of circa 10 financial planners, focusing on business development and developing the existing team.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 9 financial planners, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success and professional development.

Business Development: Collaborate with other divisions of the business to identify opportunities for synergy and growth. Actively engage with internal stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of working with the private client division and contributing to overall business development strategies.

Client Advisory: Oversee the team providing expert advice to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial planning and wealth management.
 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles within the financial planning sector. Ideally managing a team of Financial Planners.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
