Paraplanner – Chester
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience (ideally £35,000 to £40,000, with flexibility for highly experienced and qualified candidates)
Hours: Full-time

As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner who is committed to a long-term career in Paraplanning. About the Role
The successful candidate will play an integral part in delivering high-quality financial planning support. You will work directly with advisers and administrators to produce detailed technical work, research, and compliant reports that help deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning

Prepare clear, accurate and well-structured suitability reports

Collaborate with advisers to refine client objectives and develop comprehensive strategies

Support cashflow modelling and scenario planning

Ensure all documentation is compliant and meets regulatory standards

Provide technical input and help enhance internal advice processes
About You

Demonstrable experience in a Paraplanner role within financial planning or wealth management

Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified, or actively working towards it

Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and taxation

Excellent written communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

Highly organised and proactive, with a commitment to producing work of a high standard

Confident using financial planning software such as Voyant, CashCalc or FE Analytics
