Paraplanner – Financial Planning Firm (Near Coventry)
Salary: Up to £47,000 (potentially up to £50,000 for Chartered / highly experienced candidates)
Location: Meriden, near Coventry
Working pattern: Primarily office based with flexibility to work from home 1 day per week
An established and highly regarded firm of Independent Financial Advisers, based near Coventry, is seeking a talented and experienced Paraplanner to join their small, close-knit team. The Role
Working closely with the Advisers, you’ll be responsible for delivering robust technical and administrative support, ensuring clients receive a thorough and compliant financial planning service. Your role will include:

Researching and analysing financial products and investment strategies

Preparing suitability reports and technical documentation

Undertaking cashflow modelling and scenario analysis

Maintaining client records and ensuring compliance standards are met

Supporting colleagues with technical queries and contributing to process improvements
About You
You will have proven experience in a Paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management firm, with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and tax planning. Ideally, you’ll hold or be working towards the Level 4 Diploma, and Chartered status would be highly advantageous.
This position is best suited to someone who sees Paraplanning as their long-term career path – a professional who values technical excellence, attention to detail, and being part of a supportive, adviser-focused team rather than moving into an advice role in the near future.
