MBF are currently working on an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing firm of Advisors, which is actively seeking a talented Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. This dynamic company, with around 25-30 staff members, values the potential of individuals who can become a part of their journey.

About the Role: As a Paraplanner with this forward-thinking firm, you will be at the heart of the financial planning process, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of top-quality financial advice to clients. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive research on financial products, providers, and funds, aligning your work with the company's established policies. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for meticulously documenting advice through suitability reports and supporting evidence on behalf of the Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and detailed research on financial products, providers, and funds.
  • Prepare well-structured product recommendations for client presentations and reports.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements, guided by the Compliance Department.
  • Offer technical support and assist Advisers and the Admin support team as needed.
  • Handle portfolio reviews and rebalancing requests with precision.
  • Address client and provider inquiries effectively via telephone and written communication.
  • Commit to continuous personal development and maintain comprehensive records for compliance purposes.
  • Operate in alignment with the FCA's Conduct Rules and Consumer Duty, prioritizing clients' best interests.
