We are working with a fully independent and established financial planning practice located in the heart of Southampton. They are now seeking to recruit a motivated and skilled Paraplanner to join their growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planners by preparing comprehensive reports, conducting research, and assisting with client communications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed financial reports and recommendations based on client needs and objectives.

  • Assist in client meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and products.
  • Relevant qualifications e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
