We are working with a growing, fully independent financial planning practice that is seeking a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Paraplanner who is looking for a 100% home-based role with no requirement to attend an office.
The Role
You will provide high-quality technical support to a team of highly successful Financial Planners, ensuring advice is thoroughly researched, compliant, and aligned with client objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently while remaining an integral part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed, compliant Suitability Reports across a wide range of advice areas
- Conduct product and fund research and provide technical analysis
- Support Financial Planners with preparation for client meetings
- Liaise with providers, administrators and advisers to ensure smooth case progression
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning, legislation, and regulatory changes
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practice
About You
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Previous Paraplanning experience within an independent or whole-of-market environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively from home
