MBF is partnering with a national, chartered and fully independent financial planning practice to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing Gloucester team.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you will work alongside a team of highly successful Financial Planners, providing technical and research support across all areas of financial advice, including investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. You will play an integral role in the advice process, with regular client contact, helping to deliver exceptional service and first-class outcomes.

You will join a collaborative, supportive team where your expertise is valued and your professional development is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Planners in preparing and delivering high-quality financial advice
  • Conduct research and produce detailed suitability reports
  • Liaise directly with clients to gather information and ensure a seamless advice journey
  • Maintain a strong understanding of financial planning principles and FCA regulations
  • Contribute to a cohesive team committed to exceptional client service

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Diploma qualified (Level 4) or working towards completion
  • Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and protection
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising with advisers and clients
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for financial planning
