Role Overview:

This business is currently recruiting for a Paraplanner to join their team, working closely with the Partners of the business to provide advice to a portfolio of private clients. This client-facing paraplanning role involves managing relationships with clients, addressing their daily needs and liaising when appropriate. Our is looking for individuals who are comfortable in a client-facing paraplanning role and have either previous client exposure or a willingness to manage relationships with clients.

Career Path:

Our client is seeking Paraplanners who are interested in staying in this role for three years, after which there will be opportunities for progression into advisory or management roles. The firm values individuals who appreciate the long-term value of their contributions.

The Package:

First-year starting salary: Circa £50,000 (higher for more experienced individuals - salary requirements can be discussed)
