Paraplanner Opportunity – Hybrid Working Model (3 days WFH, 2 days in the office)
We are currently recruiting for a Paraplanner on behalf of a well-established financial planning firm that operates a hybrid structure, with the flexibility to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.

Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the financial planning team to deliver high-quality financial advice and services to clients.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, conducting research, and supporting the delivery of advice.
- Work with stakeholders to help achieve the team’s financial objectives.
- Provide essential briefings to financial planners on client matters ahead of meetings.
- Engage directly with clients to gather necessary information and clarify details.
- Share best practices with colleagues and contribute to improving processes and tools.
Package:
- Salary: Competitive, up to £55,000
- Bonus: Annual discretionary performance-based bonus
