Paraplanner (12 month fixed term contract)

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re working with a boutique wealth management firm based in the City of London, providing highly personalised financial planning and investment advice to an exclusive client base, including Magic Circle law partners, hedge fund managers, and senior professionals.
They are seeking a Paraplanner who can confidently support the delivery of complex advice to some of the most sophisticated private clients in the UK.
The Role
- You’ll work alongside senior advisers from day one, attending client meetings and playing a key role in producing high-quality financial planning reports across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning.
- The role is client-facing and collaborative – you’ll contribute to relationship-building with UHNW individuals, families, and trustees.
- The firm places no emphasis on sales targets – the focus is on long-term advice and technical excellence.

- Independent and directly authorised, with a boutique, client-first approach.
- Clients typically have £500K–£25M+ AUM and include partners of Magic Circle law firms, hedge fund managers, and entrepreneurs.
- You’ll collaborate with in-house investment and tax specialists, working in a low adviser-to-client ratio environment that prioritises deep, meaningful relationships.

Package
- Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
- Bonus: 10%+
- Benefits: Full package including, Pension, PMI, PHI, annual incentive trips abroad etc
Requirements
- Diploma in Financial Planning
- Strong technical background and experience in a paraplanning role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work closely with HNW clients
