Mortgage Administrator – Financial Planning & Mortgage Advisory Practice
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2/3 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

We’re partnering with a leading firm that provides holistic financial advice to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Mortgage Administrator to join their high-performing team and provide vital support to a team of experienced Mortgage Brokers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting brokers with case management from application through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure a smooth mortgage journey
- Preparing and submitting mortgage and protection applications
- Keeping CRM systems up to date and maintaining accurate records
- Handling compliance requirements and documentation checks
- Providing first-class service to clients throughout the mortgage process

Salary & Package:
- Salary: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
- Discretionary Annual Bonus
