Our client, a respected Lloyd's Syndicate, is seeking a motivated Junior Compliance Analyst to join their team to provide support for their growing Compliance team
About the Company:

Position Overview: As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you will support the Compliance Officer in ensuring the company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Help draft and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and monitor deadlines.
- Maintain and monitor the agency's policy and procedure documents.
- Support sanction batch screenings and due diligence processes.
- Assist with the organisation of Board and Committee meetings.
- Help with internal audits and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) requirements.
- Stay updated on regulations required by the FSA/PRA and Lloyd’s and keep updated on compliance news.
- Answer compliance-related queries
