- As the Investment Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of 8 telephone-based investment sales staff. Your strategic leadership will drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: Bring a minimum of 2 years' experience successfully managing investment sales teams within a fund house or asset management organisation.
