The Role: As an Independent Financial Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and unbiased advice to an existing book of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a large client base and receive regular leads passed across to you from the inhouse partners, ensuring a steady stream of opportunities to grow your client book.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide holistic financial advice tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house accountants to leverage their expertise and provide integrated solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a financial adviser, preferably in an independent capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in building and managing client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
