IFA Administrator
Location: Brighton & Hove (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35,000

The Opportunity:

An established and respected financial planning firm managing approximately £2 billion AUM is seeking an experienced and proactive IFA Administrator to support advisers and enhance client experiences from their Brighton & Hove office. 

The firm specialises in tailored financial planning solutions, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax efficiency, and corporate financial advice, ensuring exceptional client care and robust advice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios and ensure accurate administration.
  • Process new business applications and liaise with product providers.
  • Provide ongoing client communications and relationship management.
  • Mentor and support junior administrative colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience within an IFA or financial planning environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven client relationship management experience.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
