Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial advisers and ensuring the efficient administration of client accounts. Responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business applications and ensuring accurate administration of financial products
- Providing high-quality client servicing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing documents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Maintaining accurate client records and handling data entry tasks
- Processing business transactions efficiently across multiple provider platforms
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in financial planning administration
- Knowledge of financial products, investment planning, and retirement planning
- Experience processing business on provider platforms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently and prioritise workloads effectively
