Mbf are working with a national Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation, the business is widely regarding as one of the most successful in the UK. They are a multi award winning company who have grown substantially over the past 10 years.
The client is now seeking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their established Bristol office. This role will join a friendly, professional & highly successful support team - you will work within a team consisting of IFA Administrators, Paraplanners, the client services manager and Financial Planners. You will join a supportive environment where you will be provided with first class training and on the job support - as a result the client has next to no staff turnover as they truly value their staff.
In this role you will be expected to provide comprehensive support to the Paraplanners, Financial Planners and the companies clients. This will be a hands-on role and you will get involved in all aspects of the advice process from processing new business to speaking with clients over the phone and via email.
Ideally you will already work as an IFA/Financial Planning Administrator and will be looking for a new challenge. However, the client is also able to consider individuals with strong Financial Services experience who hold some market exams.
There will be plenty of opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to progress in the future with career paths into technical roles such as a Paraplanner or even Advisory positions. You will also be supported with study towards the CII certificate & Diploma in Financial Planning.
The client is offering an excellent basic salary to £32,000 + bonus and good company benefits including Company Pension, Group Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance, Generous Holiday Entitlement, Critical Illness Cover, Travel & Dental Insurance & numerous other benefits.
They are also offering a flexible working option with a 2/3 day split between home & office.
