IFA Administrator – Leicester (LE4) – Up to £30,000 + Benefits

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, private equity-backed National Wealth Management organisation for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team based in North Leicester (LE4).

The Role:
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisers and play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing annual client reviews
  • Handling client requests including change of address and policy updates
  • General administration and client servicing duties
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Liaising with providers, advisers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression

The Candidate:
The client is ideally seeking individuals with prior IFA/wealth management support experience. However, they are also open to candidates from broader financial services administration backgrounds, including:

  • IFA Administrators / Wealth Management support professionals
  • Strong Pensions Administrators
  • Investment Administrators
  • Other financial services administrators with relevant transferable skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within financial services administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage workloads effectively
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
