We are working with a highly successful and fully independent financial planning organisation; our client is recognised as one of the leading names in the industry. They are looking to recruit a Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment, providing administrative support to a highly successful team of Financial Planners and their clients.

The role:

  • Provide vital administrative support across financial planning operations.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a financial services company is essential.
  • Ideally, experience in financial planning, though candidates from pensions, investments, platforms, banking, or related sectors will also be considered.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

What’s on offer:

  • Basic salary up to £33,000
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
