They are now looking to appoint an IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial planning experience who is looking to develop their career within an established IFA environment and work alongside a highly experienced team of Financial Planners and support professionals.
The role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring the smooth delivery of an excellent service to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider team
- Supporting the smooth delivery of financial planning services to clients
- Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing client administration
- Preparing and processing client documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, providers and other professional contacts
- Processing new business and assisting with ongoing policy and investment administration
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
- Supporting Financial Planners throughout the client journey
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Who we are looking for
Previous experience within financial services is essential, ideally within an IFA or financial planning environment.
We would also consider candidates with relevant experience across pensions, investments, platforms, banking or other areas of financial services who are looking to move into an IFA administration role.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and client-focused, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and collaborating closely with Financial Planners and colleagues across the business.
