They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced IFA Administration Team Leader to lead a dedicated team of IFA Administrators.

Role Overview: As the IFA Administration Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery of the administration team. You will lead, manage, and develop a small team of IFA Administrators, supporting them in providing exceptional service to financial planners, paraplanners, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IFA Administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to support financial planners and paraplanners.
  • Ensure the team delivers exceptional service to clients, maintaining high standards and reputation.
  • Coordinate and streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage team workloads, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively, maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within financial services, preferably within an IFA environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning and IFA administration processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
